Your information, handled with purpose.
This notice explains the information collected through the CTOSide website and how it is used. Last updated: October 7, 2026.
Information you choose to provide
When you submit a consultation request, we collect your name, email address, company or website if provided, business stage, the support you are interested in, and your message. We also record your consent and the time of submission.
Why we collect it
The information is used to review your request, understand your needs, respond about a possible engagement, and maintain a record of that conversation. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database. Website and hosting service providers process information needed to operate the site. Access to consultation information is intended for CTOSide and the service providers supporting that operation.
Website operation
The site does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Hosting services may process technical information needed for access, security, and delivery. If the website is shared with restricted access, the hosting platform may require sign-in.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted through the contact form. Use the email address associated with your original request and select “Privacy request.” We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
What to include in a message
Please provide a brief business overview. Avoid sharing passwords, credentials, confidential source code, sensitive personal data, or documents that require a separate confidentiality agreement.
Changes to this notice
If the way this site collects or uses information changes, this notice will be updated to reflect that change.
